About the CUET (Common University Entrance Test) UG:

The CUET (UG) is a mandatory test for taking admission into undergraduate (Bachelor’s) programs offered by the Central Universities (University of Delhi, JNU, Aligarh Muslim University, BHU, Jamia Milia Islamia, etc.). These universities used to offer admission into these programs on the basis of class 12 marks or their own entrance test or a combination of these two till last year (2021).

In fact, many state universities (Dr. B. R. Ambedkar University Delhi, Jiwaji University Gwalior, etc.), Deemed Universities (TISS, NRTI Vadodara, etc.) as well as private universities (SRM University, Galgotias University, BML Munjal University, Bennett University, etc.) have also accepted the CUET (UG) as the entrance for their undergraduate programs.

This test will be conducted by the NTA (National Testing Agency) in Computer Based mode. There are as many as 61 tests within the CUET of which an individual may take a maximum of 9 tests.

⭐Q. Will CUET (UG) 2023 be different from CUET (UG) 2022?

There may be some changes in CUET (UG) 2023 from CUET (UG) 2022. Yes. The ONLY exception is Economics in which you are expected to do a book of Class 11 (Indian Economic Development) in addition to 2 books meant for Class 12 (Introductory Microeconomics and Introductory Macroeconomics). We believe that the NCERT books (for the subjects in which they are available) are the best source for the preparation of the Domain-Specific Subject tests.
